The “Improving Community Resilience” project is funded from USAID and implemented by UNDP, in collaboration with World Vision Albania.
The overall objective of the project is: Vulnerable communities in Kurbin, affected by exclusion, discrimination, conflict, or abuse with adequate social care services, have improved their resilience through the development of the Resilience Community Centre.
The RC Hub will finally provide a solution in changing this background of deprivation from basic specialized services and provide prompt solutions for children with disability, women at risk, marginalized men and women from minorities, vulnerable youth, etc.
The RC Hub aims to provide solutions to people facing many difficulties in terms of not only health conditions but also who are also prone to economic deprivation, discrimination and equity issues. At the same time, through the RC Hub, communities will benefit from a range of services related to address gender inequality and GBV.
